Matcha Latte

Matcha differs from other green teas because Matcha uses the whole tea leaf ground into a powder. This means you are consuming the whole leaf instead of the broth that typical steeping methods provide. Because of this you are getting a higher concentration of nutrients, antioxidants and vitamins. If that isn't enough of a reason for you to try Matcha, how about a delicious, creamy Matcha latte? There are so many ways you could individualize this latte, you can control the sweetness, the type of milk, you could add fruit or mint or have it as an iced latte.
